Welcome from RWM Lodge Canmore Dunfermline, Fife , Scotland numbering 1175 on the roll of The Grand Lodge of Scotland and in the province of Fife and Kinross.
The Right Worshipful Master of Lodge Canmore 1175 Bro Darren Empson is in his first year in office,would like to extend a warm welcome to all visitors and fraternal greetings to all bretheren. The aim of the site is to try to introduce others to the workings of Freemasonry or the Craft as it is sometimes called. Yes there are aspects of Freemasonry that we masons prefer to keep to ourselves however we are not a secret society, more a society with some secrets. Masons throughout the world do a lot for charities and good causes however as we do not activly seek publicity much of this is unknown outside the Masonic circle.
We are very excited about our website and would love to have your thoughts as well as input for the site. We wish you all to have a very pleasurable experience and once again, thank you for your visit.

Double honour for Lodge canmore 1175  The R.W.P.G.M. and Bro Ian Hunter P.M. Freemasonry masons Masonic Lodge
We are so very proud of the fact that our very own Lodge Secretary, Bro Tom Bradley P.M. has been installed to the position of Provincial Grand Master of Fife and Kinross.
We wish him every success for the future and indeed the future of freemasonry in our area. Well done Tom, enjoy every minute of your time in office.
We are also very proud to announce Bro Ian Hunter P.M. has been awarded the title of Honorary Grand Junior Deacon of the Grand Lodge of Scotland. What a great honour both these appointments are for Lodge Canmore 1175!
